soft pillows

no air conditioning

i’ll start with the clean rooms, which is nice, but the pillows were just way too soft—like sleepin on a cloud that was actually not supportive at all. also, no air conditioning switch in my room? truly ridiculous. as if i don’t deserve a room upgrade after suffering so much. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

We had a fantastic time exploring Osaka with the hotel being perfectly located near Universal Studios and the Aquarium. The spacious Superior Triple Room made it easy for my family to unwind after our adventures. Plus, the Starbucks on the ground floor was a lifesaver!

My wife says that the lobby could use more seating for families during busy times.

I had an amazing honeymoon at dai-ichi. The room was clean and spacious, exceeding my expectations with its luxurious feel. Being so close to osaka station made our travels easy and enjoyable!
